First day of school

It’s my first day at the new company tomorrow. I’m in Cape Town staying over at Joe’s so that the drive in for my first day is shorter, usually about 1 1/4 hour drive, and because their offices moved since the interview: still have to find them then.

What I can say about the last 2 weeks of holiday was that I got loads of rest in. Wow, how that would work for me if I had my own company. I know it doesn’t work that way but still. I realised this afternoon that I just can’t sleep anymore! I was out in Stellenbosch on Friday night till about 4:30 and was up at 10:00 the next morning. I just couldn’t sleep anymore and felt great the whole day. Nice way to start at a new company I think!
